Dangerous chemicals still in use after EU ban

Much of EU legislation is a paper exercise and either doesn’t get enforced or has loopholes big enough to drive a bus through. Despite the EU having chemical control guidelines called REACH it is ineffective because of very high levels of poor quality and missing data, particularly on important safety information.
